Lightbulb Fiber Supplements & Water...
This is my first week on Phen and I have noticed that I need extra fiber even though I try to drink plenty of water, eat fruit and cut out all of my coffee/caffeine intake. There is a very mild fiber supplement I have found that works extremely well for me. It is from Dr. Natura. I don't know if I can list the website or not (I don't want to be reprimanded for promoting a product) so just do a Google search on "Dr. Natura". Their other products are interesting - I have not tried them. I do not have any interest in promoting one product over the other and I have no affiliation with this company other than I have used their fiber supplement for four years and have been very pleased. Good luck!! I am also finding that working out four to five days a week has helped promote "movement" as well. As others have said, it is very important to drink plenty of water!
