Lindsey you are beautiful!

I started at 228 - lost down to 197 then very recently just let everything go aside and skyrocketed back up to 210 and now down to 206.
Phen will absolutely help you - it's a great tool to get your eating under control. Plan your meals in advance so you are not tempted to eat unhealthy empty calories.
drink half your weight in ounces of water, it's a lot to get down , but the Phen will give you cottonmouth so that helps in your water efforts.
Whatever eating plan you are on ... make it realistic so that you can continue it long after the Phen is gone.
Measure now, so when the the scale doesn't seem to be going down & you feel discouraged you will be able to see that you are still losing inches.
Phen makes a lot (and I mean a lot) of people constipated. Be prepared to deal with that. I use mirolax, no taste, no cramps, no urgency.
When you look in the mirror to see where you are losing you may not be able to *see it, so I suggest taking a before picture so you can go back to that and look at it, as well as others.
I think that's all from my Welcome Wagon Tips ...

Best of luck to you!
