For a ticker you can go to www.tickerfactory.com or www.myfitnesspal.com

I think the latter one is easiest!!

Please make sure you eat enough. I know it's hard, but try to eat small things throughout the day. There are websites to track calories and all that junk. Also drink plenty of water!!
