
first day...could use a little help
Just started my phen this morning...I am soooo excited, it brings me to tears...first of all, does anyone know how to do on of those trackers...i have no idea...and how to cut and paste, i have absolutely no idea how to do this...please help. I know that I finally have the tool to help me achieve my goals...I have had almost no appetite today, wow...first time in a long time...I made sugar free/maple brown sugar oatmeal for breakfast @ 100 calories...and i only got a couple of mouthfulls down and didn't feel like eating any more...i finished the rest for lunch...for dinner i got a tuna sub from subway, had only half and didn't want the rest...1/2 of a 6" sub....that's crazy, but i'll take it...i usually have an entire fool long with baked chips...well, no chips tonight and only 3" of a sub...wow wow wow.....Belinda
