Well, I have every intention of exercizing...but..I havent done it for the last 2 days. I fully intend to start a work out routine on Monday.

As for diet.... hard to say when I've only been doing it for 2 days. I went to the store and stocked the house with good stuff. Yesterday I had Grape Nuts and a banana for breakfast, a handful of mixed nuts, a Yoplait light yogurt, 1 slice of whole wheat bread with a spoonful of peanut butter, a glass of skim milk, a grilled chicken breast, baked potato (no good stuff on it), cantaloupe and a small salad with Salad Spritzers spray. I had to make myself eat.

Today...

Strawberries and yogurt with a spoonful of granola
laughing cow light cheese wedge with 6 melba toast crackers
seedless grapes
tuna salad made with ff mayo on whole wheat
more grapes
another slice of whole wheat with a spoonful of peanut butter.

Im waiting for hubby to get home so we can go out for mexican. I plan to have chicken fajitas with no sour cream and I'm counting out 12 chips as my alottment to have with salsa. No rice or beans. I should be ok.


i just re-read my post....I think I need some veggies! LOL
