I don't do it everyday, all day... more like on the weekends- if I could just do it without the munchies would be sooo freaking Ideal! But I tried and its not working and I can lose more weight if I just kick the habit- For awhile and yeah Special Occassions. I kicked drinking totally with no problem, but this will take alot of will power! We shall see what happens within the next week. Will I stick to my goals and stay green free? We shall see.
