Taking all the "prescribed" pills
Not doing very well on my diet
Not doing well on working out
Its not that the phen does not work on me it does but I have another issue that is my downfall. Does anyone else smoke cannibus? I am really trying to kick the habit but its just one of those things that I love to do. If only the phen kicked that urge. Ok so I get the major munchies and my diet that I did so well during the day goes right out the window!!! I know I am sabotoging myself but I wish there was a way I could still smoke and not want to eat.
MY GOALS
Kick the bud
Work out 6 days a week
eat small meals every 3 hours to rev up my metabolism
So if anyone has some encouraging words or just want to help me get my butt in gear or any newbies want to join forces and start together let me know and please please feel free to leave your thoughts.

Hey there! The herbal refreshment will kill your ability to do cardio. You might want to should take some time and decide if this is what you really want. Why spend the money and effort on something that you acknowledge that you are sabotaging? I know movie stars who gave up the cannibus while training for a role. You have to make those choices. I say this with all the good intentions in the world. And on a weight loss site you know that no one can make you be ready. You have to be on your own.
