I am going to a weight loss clinic. It costs 100 dollars a month for the visits and pills. Having borderline hypothriodism is going to make it hard to loose weight if it is not under control. I hope you can find someone else to treat you. It sounds like you are doing everything right with the exercise and portions. Keep me posted
