Check-In Sunday June 6th:
I did 45 minutes of walking/jogging on my treadmill. I also varied the incline from 1.5 to 8. I worked up a great sweat. I also used some free weights today. Nothing too major but I plan on adding free weights into my routine starting tomorrow. Then I will be able to cut down on my cardio.
Food wise I did good today. I actually had no appitite for most of the day. I ate some grilled chicken mid morning and that was it till dinner. I have been avoiding carbs this week without even realizing it so I had a dinner with pasta and some garlic bread. I could tell during my workout today that my muscles were depleted.
I have weigh in tomorrow so I will post my weight tomorrow.
