bourban street? that's all the permission you need! i went there when i was a little kid and i was AMAZED by all the action going on there. i remember there was a guy who was standing still like a statue (can't remember what you call them) and had a bucket for people to put dollars in. that guy wouldn't move for anything!......people were telling jokes and stuff and no part of his body moved a bit...it was cool. i'm saving my alcoholic drinks for my beach trip, but july 4th is a special occassion....go for it!
