You are deffinetely not alone. I started at 250 and thanks to my family history, found myself preggo with Reactive Hypoglycemia. Because I was preggo I didn't have a problem eating healthier but after the baby came it was game time on the take out. That's when I decided I wasn't going to look like that anymore. I started eating better (cut carbs) Then i started working out. I bought the Jillian Michael's set and core secrets. I worked my *** of for 3 mths and managed to lose 25 lbs. I was thrilled. I kept working and working and watching what I would eat and even cut my total fat intake with cutting carbs (that's not easy). But a month went by and the scale didn't move and the clothes weren't getting better. I watched the scale for 3 mths before I decided I needed help. I started my phen on Tuesday, July 1 and by Christmas I want to lose a minimum of 50 lbs. I lost 25 the first 3 so it seems doable to me. I even took up the 10 by August 1 challenge.
