i do excercise from on demand on comcast which is my cable network! i dont know if you have comcast or not but there is a lady named Leslie Sansone! She is great I do her 1 mile walk and so far I have enjoyed myself she also has a thigh toning DVD which is my next stop! I would reccomend her to anyone you actually have fun doing it. If you dont have comcast you could by the DVD's from Walmart. You coulkd also go to youtube and look for thigh excercises with your excercise ball.
