Thanks everyone! Stac.....Cigs gone....quit in January! The before pic is from last August. When I saw it tonight it was the first time I could see the difference. Soooo overwhelming!
I seriously obsess about everything I eat, although I have slacked a bit lately! I drink only water all day...@90 oz., high protein, high fiber. I break it down like this:
I eat 15-1800 cals a day
60% carbs
20%protein
20% fat
The biggest thing I have done is cut out the white stuff...bread, rice, pasta, sugar and replacedd them with whole grains. The bulk of my carbs come from fruits and veggies....I owe the bulk of my loss to this!
