Lost Weight: 18 lbs.

Goal Weight: 150... heck, maybe I'll even shoot for 140... haven't seen that since early high school!

Yeah, the side effects are normal... and hopefully will soon wear off. I would suggest taking your phen when you roll out of bed in the afternoons. Whatever time that may be. It works better for me when I take it on an empty stomach and wait a bit to eat, but you'll have to try a few things to see what will work best for you. Good luck!

Mini goal #1: Under 160 lbs by my b-day on Feburary 2nd... total loss of at least 32 lbs!
