Yup, I had this prob last week and they told me the same stuff. Keep eating healthy and doing what your doing... my scale dropped 3 lbs in the last few days after being stuck for a week.
192 lbs 06/12/08 - Wk0 (started phen)
175 lbs 09/04/08 - Wk12 (stopped phen)
178 lbs 12/08/08 - Wk0 (starting phen again)
Mini goal #1: Under 160 lbs by my b-day on Feburary 2nd... total loss of at least 32 lbs!
Goals for the PaaJB December Challenge:

Workout 4x: I'll get it next week
1,300 Calories per day: I did it!
