I know what you are going through! The shots really helped, but I gained a lot of weight. I also gave into the cravings! Don't do that. The shots really helped me and I hope they help you too. At the time the weight gain was not a priority, I just wanted the pain to go away. Get that fixed and when you can, get back on the phen. Too young for you to have to deal with this...so sorry. Life just isn't fair sometimes.
