Well the chiropractor just wasn't doing it for me. After 5 days of horrific pain I finally went to the e.r. which, by the way, I hate because it's expensive and I was there for almost 8 dang hours!

They found out I have rheumitoid arthritis in my bones and one disc is bulging, so I'm on steroid shots and percocet and flexaril and motrin 800 and when none of that works, i can take a vicoden and pass out. This is all well and good except I can't be on phen, the steroids are making me want to eat like a horse and I've already gained a few pounds. I can tell in my waist and my face.

The doctor says that I cannot do all the workouts I had been doing due to the arthritis unless I want to not be able to move at the ripe old age of 40. sigh I am able to do water aerobics though, so not all is lost. Looks like I'll start needing support soon as I'm off this s h i t!
