Default To weigh or not to weigh?
Well the great debate on how often to weigh. Some say once a week, others say everyday. Just wondering what you all think. I am a scale junkie. So of course when I got on the scale this morning, after only 2 days on Phen, I was greatly dissapointed. Sigh....
Hope everyone is doing fine and would appreciate some feedback.
