This my 2nd time around and I'm doing alot better than I did the first time (last yr). I just started last Sunday and I lost 7 lbs in 5 days, I'm sure most of it water, but I'll take it. This time I didn't get headaches or cotton mouth the first few days but I definitely have the insomnia like before. I'm thirsty but not overly like previously. I still make sure I drink at least 100 oz a day or more. My appetite doesn't seem to be suppressed as much as it was the first time around. I'm also doing things differently this time, I worked out 2x in the 5 days I lost the 7lbs and I cut back my carb intake, which I plan to keep doing. I hope to lose another 13 by my next weigh-in on June 28th. I'll keep you guys posted. But maybe our bodies have become somewhat immune to the phen.
