Hey girlies. I'm back. LZ- thank you sooooo much for starting this. I actually made an appointment yesterday for a clinic here in town. I go in on Monday to weigh-in.

1. Weight loss-20 pounds...totally doable for me.
2. 100 ounces of water per day...again, doable...a little harder
3. Exercise- 30 minutes per day...doable..but will be hard since I haven't been so good about working out in a few...months.

I think only a few of you that are still on here know me. I've been on this site for...2 years? Maybe 3? I started out originally at 230+. I *think* that I'm about 215 right now. Maybe more. At one point I was down to 184. There's really no excuse for me gaining back the weight. I've had an emotional year...but that's no excuse. As I said before, I'm going to the weigh-loss clinic on Monday, so I will weigh-in then, and we'll go from there.
