Welcome & 14lbs is fantastic.
When I took the phen, I was also never hungry & didn't have cravings. My weight loss really slowed after that first month. I wasn't on the phen for long, so maybe I didn't give it a real chance to lose its effectiveness, but it really does differ from person to person. Good luck!
