I didn't let our kids sleep with us either. My twins shared a room when they were little so they had each other. My 8yr old son only sleeps with me now when it storms and the thunder wakes him up. Hubby works overnights so I'm used to having the bed to myself(plus the dog and cat), when my son climbs in bed with me, I go sleep in his bed. He moves around too much.
Ask your husband why he wants her to sleep in your bed. If he's worried that something might happen to her and neither of you hear her(mine was like that at first), then tell him to sleep on the floor in her room for a few nights to reassure both of them that she's ok. You are in no way a bad mom. Good luck!
