Default Just keep looking forward
I am in still in month two and I try to think of how I want to be around for my family, ( I have high blood pressure and high cholestrol. The other thing I do is equate food into how long I will have to work out for, this generally makes me put the large piece of pizza down for the small child size. The best thing I do is force my self out of bed every weekday morning at 4:40 to go work out. I have done the weight loss "thing" before, but thinking of my new family is the best motivation I have. Just keep on looking at the your goal and the little bumps will dissapeare.
