The very WORST thing you can do is give up. I was on the Phen a few years ago and was upset because the other clients in the clinic lost somuch more than me that I got jealous and gave up. Not knowing that other's metabolism,age,exercise cause them to lose faster than my no exercising behind. So this time I am determined not to give up. Brush off yesterday and start a NEW day with Phen. Utilize the FREE equipment as much as possible. Post a picture on the fridge (if you have one) of how you looked at your lowest weight so that you'll stay motivated.
