Lilli, hang in there. You are doing great. I am in the exact same boat as you. I've been on this 3 weeks and lost 12 lbs the first week, 9 the second week, and suddenly I'm at only 2lbs this week. I didn't eat anything different then when I started the program, and I exercise 3 times a week. On one hand I am frustrated, but on the other I know that even 2lbs is a lot. It is unhealthy to continue to lose large amounts of weight every week. From what I have read, when your body burns the fat, it creates a byprodct of ketones that can build up in your system and make you sick. Especially if one doesn't drink enough water to flush the ketones out of the body. That being said, I would imagine that if we were to continue losing so much weight every week, we could possibly get sick. Just think of it as being 2.5 lbs lighter than last week! That is great no matter how you look at it!!
