Your doing great.....2lbs a week is WONDERFUL. It is a healthy amount to lose and you will have better luck taking it slow so you can RE-learn how to eat properly and get your exercise in.

Lets face it. It took more than 2 weeks to get fat, and it will take a long time to get it off. Plus, if you say lost all your weight, 40-60lbs in 1-2 months...would you really have learned to eat proper? Or would you just gain it back and start all over because your body didnt learn?

Keep up the great work and get that exercise in there!
