Yes, your breath stinks and you have constipation and feel "shaky" but this is only during ketosis and/or induction period. AFter that you start eating healthy again, fruits, whole grains....I was in the best physical condition of my life when I did low carb and id idn't gain weight back again for three years because I started eating BAD carbs again....
