So yesterday was my one week checkup and I did cartwheels! Well I would have if my fat arse could! My BP is great, my pulse is great. My skin is glowing and I've lost 11 and a half pounds in my first week! The docs were super pleased with it. I asked them if I could lose it too fast and they said no, it just depend on my determination. I am only a few pounds away from onederland now! Maybe I'll meet that mini goal of mine before June 1st! I've been stressed, it was that TOM and my husband is a candy fanatic so it was everywhere! Yet I defeated fat. HAHAHAH
I'm gonna be skinny yay : ) Oh and BTW this may be TMI but I so can see my womanly parts now without having to move my gut out of the way LOL
