Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I had a crappy day yesterday too. I had Froot Loops for breakfast, pizza for lunch, and lots of snacks in between. For dinner, I did try to turn it around, and had baked chicken w/ greens. Today has only been slightly better. At this point, I am fearing weigh in on Monday, I will however weigh in no matter what. I have got to learn that my actions have consequence, one of which is inevitable weight gain.
