Hi, it can be common to be mellow after a few days. It doesn't mean it's not working though. It's very normal to have dry mouth and very thirsty. Just drink alot of water, eat at least 1200 calories throughout the day. I have found that if I'm not super hungry that I will get a protein bar (180 cals per bar for most) and that will keep my calories if I'm not hungry. Take a good multiviamin (one with b-12 will help make you feel energetic throughout the day), and eating high fiber foods (if you are hungry) can also help curb your hunger when you start to feel really hungry. Also, it's sounds weird, but exercising some through the fatigue can help you feel more energized as well. Don't worry though, it sounds like your off to a great start. Welcome to the forums. Oh, this is only my advice and what worked for me. Every person is different so you can either take it or leave it. The one thing that works for everyone is drinking alot of water and excercise. Other than that, if this advice doesn't work figuring out what works for you is the best thing you can do.
