We all have our bad days... they wouldn't call it life if we didn't have them.
Keep in mind this is a lifestyle change. And the choices you make today will effect tomorrow.
More importantly~ You should be proud that you have lost 12 lbs! That is amazing!!! Just remember 12 is off of your body. What helps me, is I find things around the house that adds up to the equilivent to the lbs that i've lost... and i try to pick them up... it gives me a awesome visual of what i've lost and what not to go back to. It blows my mind how I feel after i pick up my daughter, who weighs 22lbs, and force myself to carry her around the house for 10 mins... My thought is CRAP!!! I 've lost 34... and just this 22 is hard.... then i think of what it's was doing to my body....
In short, it gives me a great visual and motivates me, of what I've lost, and what's was once on me!

CW 2/21/08 = 238 Lost 20 lbs
CW 3/20/08 = 234 total 24 lbs went off phen
CW 4/18/08 = 221 toal 33 lbs *reached mini goal
CW 6/9/08 = TOM & Vacation.... 231 dang it- But it was fun 
CW 7/1/08 = 222
CW 8/5/08 = 215 -Down 45lbs WOOT WOOT!!!!
Next Mini Goal = 210
