I bought the Taebo Amped DVD's and last night was my first night doing aerobics in over 3 years!! I didn't think that I would be able to handle it, but I am proud to say that I completed the full 42 minute session with my 15 yr old daughter who is conditioning for volleyball tryouts. What made me very happy was to get a call from my husband at work this morning saying how our daughter told him on the telephone this morning, "Did you see MOM lastnight? omg, i was tired but she kept encouraging me and she didnt stop once!" That meant so much to me to see that my family has noticed my new focus...that I actually DID IT!! Just one work out session and they're noticing the intense focus. Anyone who wants Taebo items really cheap, go to Half.com....i just ordered five more used Taebo workout DVD's this morning. I have done so much research on him and they say his workouts release a total mind, sprirt and body transformation...it's not just a physical effect. Have a great day!
