Snack-little rice cakes way tooooooo many i lost track because i was chatting bad bad bad........I forgot my phen today thats why......1,000,0000 calories
D-dinner got ruined i had to stop what i was cooking..it was too much for 2 people the boys dad came to get them to go fishing.So I ate mac-n-cheese..Vry bad also.
Nothing after 7:30 but my tea for the cleanse. Drank tons of water and i have been getting more sleep.
I will not have lost this week,i'm sure.. to many of course days both with exercise and diet.Tomorrow is another day.
