I am also looking to lose about 40 as my ultimate goal, 20 to start as my mini-goal. I'm a low carber who fell off the wagon, started working longer hours, eating more sugary snacks for energy and now I am regrouping to get myself back. I started phen last week and am down 8 lbs. I love this forum and it helps to read and talk with people who are in the same struggle. Good luck to us both.
