I am doing the GNC Colon cleanse
The first week are fiber capsules and i will be finishing those tomorrow...
The only result i had was just one day this week i went but was in there a while.
Next week i begin the laxative stage and the women at GNC told me when i get the urge to bring some entertainment into the bathroom and make sure the oven is turned off since i will be in there a while....
But we will see.
