No gurl!! That wouldn't work at all, then you stop, tell the class to continue, and that you'll be right back!!! And you know, I found that my urge to go is higher when doing my bike, and sometimes, I have had to stop biking just to run to the john -- I guess as you're moving and sweating, the colon starts "moving" too -- oh well, a lot easier to get off my bike in the privacy of my home, than being out there teaching, and have to make a quick dash - no way!! Gonna go fix my tea now; here's to bathroom visits for us all today!!
