I was on the generic for 2 months and did ok (nothing extraordinary like others on this site but for me good)... then as I was hearing folks have great results on Adipex I decided to try that for my next refill.. I just started it yesterday and I can honestly see some of the same initial reactions (good ) that I had with the generic.... Now mind you for the week in between I didn't take anything (not that I couldn't... but I was traveling and just not as good as I normally am)... Guess point I'm trying to get at is DON'T GET DISCOURAGED,,,, maybe take a week off and then start up again-sometimes our bodies get used to it... and Third,,, consider that if your eating healthy and excercising that maybe your building more lean muscle ... muscle weighs more than fat.. Trust me as the girl that was excercising 3 hours a day 5x/week and eating about 1000 calories a day and drinking a gallon of water a day... I wasn't getting the huge inch loss or pound lost that other on this site do... however,,, I stayed the course and can definately see the defination more in my body with more muscle and less fat than before...Everyone's body is different... Heck Yesterday I was actually able to run on the treadmill for 30 minutes... I HAVE NEVER NEVER NEVER BEEN ABLE TO DO THAT... don't let the scale or others results get you down.
