I started out on the generic Adipex and it did the same thing to me. I was hungry, tired, had headaches and wasn't losing weight. I switched to Phendimetrazine this past month and I haven't had the tiredness or headaches, but I'm still hungry, so I'm probably not even going to take anything after this bottle is empty. I'm still taking it because I figured, hey, I payed for it......LOL. I never got the "burst of energy" with either one. I figure it's just not made for everyone. All of our bodies react differently to different meds.
