I have been getting up at 4:45 M-F and going to the gym and use the treadmill or the cycle for at least 45 min. ( I have tried the eliptical, but only did 15 min , so i made up the rest of the time on the treadmill I have coffee for breakfast, sometimes I will splurge and have a poached egg and half a whole wheat muffin. Ham and turkey wrap for lunch with no cheese. Dinner I have been eating lots of salad with fat free italian or balsamic dressing with some low fat ham or turkey added. and lots of water. The hard part is dealing with an occasional light headedness. Other than that i have decide i will not give in this time, I have a beautiful wife and 5 adopted kids i need to be around for. .
