Yep, I know ... Didn't really eat much today; took my phen late morning, and took my diet tea too, but nothing has happened yet -- passed on lunch, and there is Papa Johns pizza that was bought in for dinner - I also made a bowl of tuna fish, and of course, that would be the healthier choice. But there's a lot of tension in the house this evening, grandson is acting up, daughter is stressed and fussing, so my plan is to eat the tuna, then turn in later. Nothing happened with taking the diet tea, disappointing me, so hoping for results when I wake in the morning -- life is so unfair ...
