Figured it's time to share my weight-loss journey...Please read
Just wanted to give everyone that's having trouble losing, frustrated it's not happening fast enough, or doesn't think they're doing something right a breakdown of my 4 year battle to lose weight while on Phen.

This is a time-line of my battle. These all weigh-ins at the dr's:

I was down to 155lbs by May 2007 so I went off Phen in June 2007 until Nov. 2007. During that time I started gaining the weight back even though I wasn't eating any diff., but from Nov. 2007 to April 2008, I went from 174lbs to 200lbs. I started back on Phen in Jan. 2008 but I kept gaining due to alot of stress at home. On Apr. 1, 2008 I weighed-in at 200lbs.

The reason I started losing alot of weight was because I did a 'BIG NO-NO'...I went into anorexic mode and wasn't eating for days at a time but was doing lots of crunches. I'd feel hungry but instead of eating, I did crunches until the hungry feeling went away.

Sorry this is so long but I just wanted to show that Phen works but not all the time, even if you're doing everything right. Don't give up...look at me, I've been at this for almost 4 years and still haven't given up.
