cindy just try siting down and doing bicep curls with dumbells and leg raises. LEave the cardio alone until u get better.
libby, girl get back on track i was there last week with my 2lb gain and about 2 days of getting on track i lost that and plus. So get on your gain because its probably just sodium and water.
scat the leg machines i did almost killed me, i think i want to do abs and upper body today.
i want to do alot of cardio though the scale hasnt moved so i need to kick it up a notch
