Every once and a while you have to reward yourself. If you COMPLETELY deprive yourself of the things you like then you will return to your old eating habits quicker. Remember moderate, PORTION sizes and counting calories. Also fast food chains have some sort of sign or you can look online to see how many calories a certain product has. Gerard gave good advice...remember the little things-eliminate the top bun, mayo, cheese etc...they really do help to reduce the fat and calorie content. You are doing GREAT and Burger King sounds SO good right now! Keep up the good job!
