The beauty of taking a break from phen while you still have some left is that you can always go right back on if you find that your eating is out of control, you are too grumpy, or you are too tired.
Looking at your current weight and your goal weight, you may want ot go ahead and take a break to check to see if you have formed the good habits you need to keep the weight off. I know it's scary, but you can do this! You will have to stop some time, so a trial run may be the best way to go at this point.
