okay here's my menu for today:

fiber mixed with orange juice
2 hard boiled eggs
Twisted All energy bar with protein
turkey breast on a whole wheat wrap with canola oil mayonnaise and lettuce
strawberries
roasted duck leg
haloumi cheese
I'm done for the night...going back to the (no eating after 7 pm rule!)
