hmmm im not sure, i have been taking them wrong by accident. I thought i had to take it in the am and in the evening. But its only evening. i know the first night taking them, by the next day i had to go, i went 3x that day. But regular bowel movements,no loose stuff. I do have to tell you, it must really be cleaning out your colon because it stannnnnnnnk
