scat: i know i know...time will tell about the tummy tuck, and i totally agree with getting down and getting toned then worrying about it...my belly might not bother me as much if it is just smaller...but stretched out. i totally also agree about declaring war!!! i also wanted to apologize to u for never getting u the dr n...bf said he packed it and we just haven't found it yet. it will increase ur wt simply b/c of the fiber and it making u retain water/bulk up, so don't freak out!! please stick around, luv ya! and i tend to stay here on the challenges and away from some of the other phen areas for the same reasons u said. the attitudes seem to come in waves.
well, i really have not been getting in any walking at all...have thought about it, but what with the chilly weather and the off and on rain here in the NW, i have stuck with doing videos. but! i still like the idea and we will see what happens this week!!
my wt is about the same right now, so i am gonna wait until sun to post it...have been making poor food choices, about twice this week (mcd's and chinese-which i haven't had in over a month!) so i know the salt is affecting me...ok ok, i'll fess up, i also had dq blizzards times 3 this week. i must not let my ex sil influence me! we go, skip dinner and have dq! does it count that i only have one meal and one blizzard when i do have them?? rrriiiiggghhhhtttt!!
so glad to see that so many are making strides and that we are all trudging on...i can't believe it is almost over! i need to get my booty in gear these last 2 weeks!!! aaaccckkk!!!
