Heyy everyone! This challenge is for whoever wants to join and will last from
May 1-May31.. this is how we're gonna do it..
This challenge is going to be split up into 3 sections
MAY 1-MAY10 =total 4 pound weight loss or more
May 11- May 20= total 8 pound weight loss or more
May 21-May 31= total 12 pound weight loss or more
RULES
* Cardio 3-5 times a week for atleast 30 mins
*Weigh In ONCE A WEEK
*Drink half your body weight in water
*Check in atleast Once a week
*HAVE FUN!
