hi everyone got 3 miles of walking in. The walking trail is great had tons of people out there, hubby went with my today and commited to go at least 3x a week and our company that left is sending him the marine corp exercise regiments, wich is basically walking a lap then do crunches, push ups etc, then walk another lap. Not sure if i can handle all that but we will see.
i had 2 waffles with lite syrup for breakfast
s slice of cantaloupe
lunch left over spanish rice and beans about 1/2 cup, and backed chicken
d- 1/2 philly steak and cheese subway sub and sunchips
not bad but could have been better
