Hey Phengirl!

Although Phen is there to assist you at this time in your life, most of the hard work is done by you. You have done great so far.

Don't worry about it too much, try to take your mind off of it because it will drive you crazy. Pretend its a normal day,as though you've taken Phen and eat your meals they way you usually would and hopefully everything will be okay.

Remember to drink lots of water and if you are hungry reach for something that is the better choice (ex: fruit, salad, boiled eggs, a few nuts). Don't wait until you are too hungry to eat. Remember the techniques you've learned so far.

You should be really proud of yourself. I've been on Phen one week today and I feel like l've done eveything right and have lost about 4lbs, so you are doing something right...Keep up the good work!
